I was educated at St Paul’s School in Barnes, West London and was accepted to study Dentistry at Guy’s Hospital, graduating in 1990.
After two years in practice, I wanted to gain further experience in all aspects of dentistry and worked as a Senior House Officer in Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery and Orthodontics in Southampton General Hospital, where I became proficient in routine surgical procedures and assisted in major oncological surgery which included free flaps and hip grafts, as well as bonding brackets and moving teeth with wires!
My passion has always been in restoring teeth and improving their aesthetics and I was very fortunate to gain a place to study for the Master’s course in Conservative Dentistry (crown and bridgework) at the renowned Eastman Dental Institute in 1997. This course was extremely challenging, difficult and outstanding in it’s teaching element as we also had to construct our own crowns.
I have worked in some of the most prestigious private practices in the country, based in Knightsbridge and South Kensington, London as well as a Senior Dental Surgeon for Marks and Spencer, Glaxo and Shell International.
My main interest is in cosmetic and aesthetic dentistry.
